Ever wondered how Nik n Mix became the bright and brilliant business you see today? It all started with Nik, of course! 💕After an incredible 18+ years serving in the British Army, Nik found herself at a difficult crossroads, facing the daunting unknowns of returning to civilian life while navigating immensely difficult challenges in her personal life. But in typical Nikki fashion, she didn't let those negatives get her down for long! With her signature grit and determination, she picked up a pink hairnet and decided to bake her way to a brighter future!What started as a few experimental bakes in her home kitchen soon became the multi-award-winning business you see today.A beautiful pink-themed shop, the famous donut car, a vintage Citroën HY events truck, and two gorgeous pink dessert vans... Nik n Mix is going from strength to strength.And Nik's not just serving desserts. She's building community, mentoring young talent, and proving that with hard work, optimism, and little bit of sweetness, anything is possible.

We do street rounds, parks ups, events, and private parties, and you can now Book the Truck direct to your door through our exclusive reservation system - with no booking fees!

And our menus are just to driiive for (get it? 😬)In addition to ice cream cones, tubs, and trays, we offer cheesecakes, brownies, donuts, cookie dough, Belgian waffles, milkshakes, the famous Nik n Mix Kookie Dunkers, a full Winter Warmer menu consisting of fruit crumbles, sticky toffee puddings, school cake, and warm brownies - all with ice cream or hot custard, AND an irresistible range of Nik n Mix Build Your Own options!

To keep things running smoothly and fair for everyone, please read these T&Cs before booking.1) Service Area and AvailabilityWe only accept bookings for dates and locations on our published routes.Our operating areas are announced in advance on our website and on social media (Facebook and Instagram).Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a visit. We’ll confirm acceptance or rejection by phone and/or email.2) Notifications and Visit UpdatesIf your booking is accepted, we’ll send you helpful notifications to: (a) confirm when we start our route, (b) let you know when we’re one stop away, and (c) confirm whether your visit was successful or unsuccessful.Please keep your phone and email accessible on the day of your booking.3) Be Ready on ArrivalIn the interests of fairness to other customers and to the operating needs of our business, we expect you to come out immediately to meet the van when we arrive.If we are kept waiting, we may leave and mark the visit as unsuccessful.Repeated no-shows or delays may result in us declining future bookings.4) Changes and CancellationsRoutes and timing can change due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
