We take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously and make every effort to minimise the risk of cross-contamination in our kitchen.

Allergens Handled:

Please be aware that our kitchen routinely handles the major allergens, including Nuts, Eggs, and Milk.

Cross-Contamination Risk:

While we employ strict procedures to minimise the risk of cross-contamination wherever possible, we must emphasise that all products are prepared in a single kitchen environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of traces of any allergen.

Gluten-Free Baking:

To further minimise risk, our gluten-free products are baked in a separate session on a separate day from our regular baking. However, they are still prepared in a kitchen where outside of these sessions, gluten is present.

Manufacturer Trace Warnings:

We also rely on ingredients provided by third-party suppliers. Where an ingredient carries a "may contain" manufacturer trace warning (e.g., for nuts or other allergens), this warning will apply to our final product.
