With her signature grit and determination, she picked up a pink hairnet and decided to bake her way to a brighter future!What started as a few experimental bakes in her home kitchen soon became the multi-award-winning business you see today.

A beautiful pink-themed shop, the famous donut car, a vintage Citroën HY events truck, and two gorgeous pink dessert vans... Nik n Mix is going from strength to strength.
